This 60-minute massage covers full-body with ability to choose areas of focus. Massage techniques are combined to address myofascial mobility, tight muscles, joint mobility as needed.
Uses a combination of techniques including cupping and trigger point release to address problem areas while ensuring time for full body treatment.
Learn and practice form and theory of strength training. An individualized program will be created to help you meet your strength goals, and you will have personal guidance throughout the performance of your program. May include virtual sessions. Requires independence in setup of activities.
Uses a combination of cardio and strength movements, may utilize yoga techniques as appropriate. Allows more individualized focus on breath and alignment cues. May utilize massage and/or passive stretching during session to address pain or range of motion issues that limit program performance.
