One size does not fit all. When managing aches and pains or considering your medical history, you can rest assured you will receive a safe and effective, individualized exercise program.
Understand what exercises are appropriate at each phase of return to fitness after baby. You can start exercising in the 4th Trimester and beyond guided by a personal trainer who can assess when you're ready to take it to the next level.
Running is a passion of mine. Train with me for insight and awareness on small changes that can make a big difference whether you are just starting out or looking for input on injury prevention or recovery.
Balance your activity with massage for recovery or to address tightness or limited mobility. I specialize in recovery from injury and improved mobility to decrease pain.

My philosophy is to work with the whole person, addressing mind, body, and spirit; to educate and empower my clients by giving them tools to make informed decisions about exercise and recovery. My clients will know the why and how behind everything we do on the journey to becoming stronger and moving through life with less pain.
In my spare time, you will find me working in the garden or out in nature with my multi-generational family unit. My love for nature is what drew me to a natural way of healing. While I utilize all the education and experience I have, much of what I do is intuitive, hence the name Basic Nature, LLC.
